Every reel starts with an honest evaluation. We’ll tell you upfront whether it’s worth servicing or not… no pressure, no surprises. If it makes sense, we complete the repair or do a full breakdown and service using quality parts and proven methods—not quick fixes.
With a deep inventory of in-stock and hard-to-find parts, we’re not stuck waiting months like other shops. The job gets done right the first time, so when you pick up your reel, it’s ready for the bite!

*Payment is due within 30 days of service completion and must be received before the reel is released. Unpaid invoices after 30 days may be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Please complete this form to submit a reel for repair or service. One form is required per reel. A $10 non-refundable deposit per reel is required, and will be applied toward the final invoice if service is performed. Deposit requirement is waived for Charter Captains.
